Posted: 11 May 2010 03:07 AM PDT It really seems to be a Social Media Analytics heavy news day. I really want to play with the IBM tool, but I'm wary of any software that says it can process natural language for sentiment/jargon with any efficiency (barring a rather fancy mechanical turk setup) |
